DOWNLOADS PLAYER REGISTRATION I have converted the registration forms to pdf format which should make it easier for clubs to print off themselves. Instructions to clubs should be as follows: Block Registration is to be sent in at start of season with all squad players (current and new) listed. The form has been designed that some details that are not required by the league but may be useful for clubs to keep on one form for their own use. Player Registration is to be used for players that are new to the club. Transfer form to be used for players transferring in from another club. The forms should be used in conjunction with the play-cricket on-line registration procedure. The player registration form makes note of the ECB code of conduct being on the reverse, it might be better if I got this as a separate pdf to be included with these 3 forms.
