Longridge win in nail biting finish at Stanley Park. There are also wins for Kendal, Garstang, Leyland, Netherfield and Fleetwood

Blackpool v Longridge

Longridge won the toss at Stanley Park and decided to bat, John Simpson and Daniel Wilkinson Jr opened the batting but with the total on 10 Wilkinson was caught by Andy Furniss off George Linde for 2. 10-1

Luke Platt joined Simpson and they added 43 runs when Platt was bowled by Matthew Grindley for 24, 53-2, No 4 was James Whitehead and with Simpson batting steadily moved the score onto 113 when Whitehead was caught by Matthew Grindley off Matthew Siddall for 31, 113-3

Lachlan Bangs was next in but lost his partner Simpson caught by Ciaran Johnson off Matthew Siddall for 57 (108 balls), 129-4. One run later Lachlan Bangs was out for 9 was bowled by Joshua Boyne, 130-5

Joshua Mullin and Tom Howarth kept the scoreboard ticking over but with the total on 150 Mullin was stumped Ben Howarth bowled by George Linde for 9, 150-6, Nine runs later Howarth fell to the same combination for 17, 159-7

Wicket number 8 fell when Nick Wilkinson was bowled by Matthew Grindley for 13, 178-8, Ian Simpson was run out for 13 in the last over, 186-9, Jonathan Millward faced the last ball of the innings but did not score as Longridge closed on 186-9

George Linde took 3-41 from 15 overs, Matthew Siddall 2-46 off 11, Matthew Grindley 2-50 from 13 and Joshua Boyne 1-37 from 11

Blackpool got off to a bad start losing Matthew Houston caught behind by Nick Wilkinson off Jonathan Millward for 1, 6-1, Ciaran Johnson joined Sam Dutton and they slowly built a partnership of 109 when Sam Dutton was bowled by Daniel Wilson for 60 (96 balls), 115-2

George Linde was next in and became Daniel Wilson's second victim caught by Joshua Mullin for 6, 141-3, Wilson struck again having Joshua Boyne lbw for 8, 153-4. Wicket no 5 soon followed with Craig Brown caught by Daniel Wilkinson Jnr off Ian Simpson for 1, 156-5

Simpson took his second wicket having Andy Furniss caught by Joshua Mullin for 4, 163-6. Ben Howarth became Simpson's third victim lbw for 1, 172-7. Blackpool required six runs to win when Matthew Grindley was bowled by Daniel Wilson for 5, 181-8

One run had been added when Ian Simpson bowled Paul Danson for 0, 182-9, Matthew Siddall was run out for 0 giving Longridge victory by 4 runs, Ciaran Johnson was 88no from 143 balls

Daniel Wilson took 4-39 from 13 overs, Ian Simpson 4-53 off 12.4 and Jonathan Millward 1-25 from 9.

Chorley v Kendal

Kendal won the toss at Windsor Park and elected to bat, openers Saeed Bariwala and Wes Marshall got them off to a brilliant start with a partnership of 126 when Bariwala was caught by Will Moulton off Adam Mccullagh for 67 (82 balls). 126-1

Ben Phillips joined Marshall but with the total on 140 Marshall was caught by Wian Van Zyl off Gaurav Dhar for 59 (90 balls), 140-2. Terry Hunte was next in and with Phillips moved the score onto 180 when Hunte was stumped by Harry Barclay off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 15, 180-3

Chris Miller joined Phillips but on 191 Phillips was caught by Andrew Holdsworth off Chamikara Edirisinghe for 39, 191-4, Saif Vohra came to the wicket and had made 4 when he was bowled by Chamikara Edirisinghe, 208-5

The innings was coming to a close and Chris Miller was out caught by Will Moulton off Edwin Moulton for 18, 212-6, Richard Dakin was run out for 1 and the innings closed with Kendal 216-7 in their 50 overs

Chamikara Edirisinghe took 3-61 from 17 overs, Adam Mcculagh 1-5 off 2, Edwin Moulton 1-42 from 8 and Guarav Dhar 1-60 off 14

Chorley got off to a disastrous start losing Wian Van Zyl bowled by Toby Tyson for 0, 5-1, Andrew Holdsworth joined Alexander Howarth and they steadied the ship but with the score on 33 Holdsworth was trapped lbw by Toby Tyson for 12 (30 balls), 33-2

Next in was Will Moulton but on 49 he lost his partner Howarth lbw to Chris Miller for 28 (48 balls), 49-3. Moulton was next out caught by Oliver Tyson off Wes Marshall for 13 (19 balls), 57-4

Things went from bad to worse when Chamikara Edirisinghe was caught behind by Richard Dakin off Chris Miller for 4, 64-5, Chorley were in trouble and Miller took his third wicket bowling Edwin Moulton for 5, 74-6

Stuart Naden did not last long out lbw to Wes Marshall for 1, 77-7. Chris Miller took his fourth wicket bowling Gaurav Dhar for 4, 94-8. New batsman James Lee battled with Harry Barclay to save the match but with the score on 107 Barclay's fighting innings ended when was caught by Kuldeep Singh off Chris Miller for 29 (88 balls), 107-9

The Chorley innings closed four runs later when James Lee was caught behind by Richard Dakin off Toby Tyson for 7 (40 balls) on 111 all out in 45.3 overs with Adam Mccullagh 0 no

Chris Miller took 5-29 from 17 overs, Toby Tyson took 3-23 off 9.3 and Wes Marshall 2-35 from 12

Garstang v Fulwood & Broughton

Fulwood & Broughton won the toss at the Riverside Sports ground and chose to bat, they made 191-4 in their 50 overs, Matthew Smith top scored with 70 with contributions from Euan Fletcher 33no, Rob Dingle 27no and Mark Smith 21

In reply Garstang lost three early wickets but Punit Bisht 109no and Matthew Crowther 34no saw the host's home reaching 192-3 in 42.2 overs

Leyland v Barrow

Leyland won the toss at the Stanning Memorial ground and elected to bat, they made 230-4 in their 50 overs thanks to Saif Badar 85 (85 balls), Nathan McDonnell 67no (89 balls), Henry Thompson 32 (56 balls) and 26no from Andrew Makinson (41 balls)

In reply Barrow was bowled out for 197 in 44.2 overs, Toby Mowat top scored with 68 (73 balls) assisted by Dineth Thimodya Hewathanthre 36 (60 balls), Patrick Allington 32 (24 balls) and Justin Pringle 23 (36 balls)

Will Jacques took 3-22 from 6 overs, Saif Badar 3-23 off 5, Henry Thompson 2-43 from 13.2 and Nathan McDonnell 1-17 off 3

Netherfield v St Annes

Netherfield won the toss at Parkside Road and chose to bat, Openers Ben Barrow and Josh Dixon had an opening stand of 33 when Josh Dixon was trapped lbw by Tom Higson for 13 (36 balls), 33-1

Bevan Small came in at no3 and soon lost Barrow caught by Mohamed Nadeem off Amar Ullah for 25 (31 balls), 48-2. Finlay Richardson joined Bevan and they took the score to 82 when Richardson fell to the Nadeem/Ullah combination for 12 (35 balls), 82-3

Next in was Bradley Earl and with Small had a stand of 69 runs when Earl was bowled by Mohamed Nadeem for 49 (48 balls), 151-4. Lewis Edge was Small's next partner and had made 16 (25 balls) when he was caught by Henry Higson off Mohamed Nadeem, 187-5

The sixth wicket fell with the total on 213 Lewis Richardson lbw to Matthew Yeadon for 15 (14 balls), 213-6, Bevan Small was next out after scoring at nearly a run a ball caught by Matthew Yeadon off Tom Bradley for 85 (89 balls), 217-7

Matt Jackson had made 4 (3 balls) when he was run out, 234-8, Tom Bradley bowled Marc Hadwin for 2 (3 balls) off the last ball of the 50 overs. 234-9,

Mohamed Nadeem 2-35 from 6 overs, Tom Bradley 2-36 off 9, Amar Ullah 2-92 from 16, Tom Higson 1-32 off 10 and Matthew Yeadon 1-38 from 9

Tim Smithies and Tom Higson opened for St Annes and had taken the score to 11 when Smithies was trapped lbw by Bevan Small for 11 (10 balls), 11-1. Josh Taylor was out caught by Bevan Small off the bowling of Joel Blain for 3 (32 balls), 31-2

Mohamed Nadeem joined Higson and they moved the score to 64 when Nadeem was out lbw to Marc Hadwin for 16 (20 balls), 62-3. Amar Ullah was in next but with the total on 85 Tom Higson was out caught by Joel Blain off Marc Hadwin for 48 (25 balls), 85-4

Richard Staines came to the wicket and with Ullah fought to save the innings but with the score on 112 Staines was caught by Matt Jackson off Joel Blain for 4 (28 balls) 112-5, One run had been added when Ben Reader was trapped lbw by Joel Blain for 0, 113-6

The lower order were now trying to avoid defeat but Joel Blain took his fourth wicket having Amar Ullah caught by Finlay Richardson for 27, 124-7. Liam Castellas became Blain's fifth victim trapped lbw for 11, 134-8

The overs were running out for Netherfield but Blain struck again having Tom Bradley caught by Matt Jackson for 4, 138-9. Bevan Small bowled the last over and with his second ball bowled Henry Higson for 18 giving Netherfield victory by bowling out the St Annnes side for 152 in 49.2 overs. Matthew Yeadon was undefeated on 6.

Joel Blain had figures of 6-59 off 17 overs, Bevan Small 2-28 from 9.2 and Marc Hadwin 2-42 from 13

Penrith v Fleetwood

Penrith won the toss at Tynefield Park and elected to bat, They got off to a terrible start Greg Cameron bowled first ball by Alex Ryder for 0, 0-1, Asher Hart joined Nicky Burns and they set about rebuilding the innings.

The score was 21 when Ryder struck again having Burns caught by Neels Berg for 13 (18 balls), 21-2, Greg Hall was in next and with the total on 35 he became Ryder's third victim caught behind by Keegan Armstrong for 8 (16 balls), 35-3

Ryder took his fourth wicket bowling Owen Jones for 1 (9 balls), 37-4. Tristan Lundqvist had made 7 (12 balls) when he fell to the Armstrong/Ryder combination, 48-5.

Penrith were in trouble and things did not improve when Toby Lush bowled Henry Marshall for 5 (17 balls), 64-6, Alister Craig joined Asher Hart and they battled to give them a target they could defend.

The total was on 103 when Asher Hart was out caught by Toby Lush off James Amor for 45 (103 balls). 103-7. Samuel Hall came in and with Craig added a further 37 runs when Craig became Ryder's fifth victim caught by Adam Sharrocks for 33 (58 balls), 140-8

Hall's next partner was Jamie O'Brien and they had a 31 run partnership when O'Brien was stumped by Keegan Armstrong off Declan Clerkin for 18 (20 balls) 171-9. The innings closed shortly afterwards with Penrith 174-9 in their 50 overs, Samuel Hall was 36no (45 balls) and Jonathon Osborne 2 no (2 balls)

Alex Ryder took 6-64 from 16 overs, Toby Lush 1-16 off 6, James Amor 1-25 from 12 and Declan Clerkin 1-37 off 8

The Fleetwood openers Rana Singh and James Gregson got the visitors off to a good start with a partnership of 48, Gregson the man out trapped lbw by Jonathon Osborne for 11 (40 balls), 48-1

The no 3 batsman was Keegan Armstrong and with Rana Singh took the score to 146 when Singh was out lbw to Asher Hart for 80 (100 balls), 146-2. This was the last success for Penrith as Armstrong and Neels Berg saw the visitors home closing on 175-2 in 40.3 overs.

Keegan Armstrong and Neels Berg were undefeated, Armstrong 52 from 84 balls and Berg 13 in 21 balls.
