Leyland will be without captain Dave Makinson when they entertain Blackpool in a clash between the top two in the 3D Sports Northern Premier Cricket League at Fox Lane on Saturday.
Makinson is involved in taking a school trip to Malta so Peter Cummings steps up to captain and Stephen Pallett returns from holiday.
After a week off Kendal will be aiming to make up ground when they entertain Fleetwood. Reigning champions St Annes are at home to Lancaster.
Darwen stalwart Gareth Cordingley needs another 31 runs to reach the join the illustrious group of batsmen to score 10,000 Northern League runs. Darwen are at Netherfield.

There's an intriguing clash between South African professionals Ryan Bailey and Friedel de Wet at Carnforth. Bailey has scored 808 runs while de Wet has taken 38 wickets.
