Weekend Preview 16th and 17th June
The weather forecast is not very good for Saturdays Northern League games, however here is a preview of whats happening in the league and in the cups for the weekend
In Division 1, Barrow face a tricky match at Woodhill lane when they play Morecambe. Chris D'leny's team picked up a huge victory over 2nd placed Netherfield last weekend and go into this Saturdays fixture looking to increase their gap at the top.
For the other's Netherfield travel to Leyland, Kendal host league holders St Annes, Preston entertain Fleetwood, Darwen host Blackpool and Carnforth are home to a resurgent Lancaster
On Sunday, Fleetwood host The Lancashire Colts in the league, whilst Netherfield are home to Leyland in The Readers Cup
Their's also some Twenty 20's taking place as Darwen host Preston in The South 2 group, with Blackpool hosting St Annes in The South 1 group<
