Rule changes to Division 2 There are new rules for Division 2 for the 2013 season. 1 - The match will be a 90 over game with 45 overs for each team but any complete overs not used in the first innings, due to a side being bowled out or a declaration, are added to the overs of the second innings 2 - The match will start at 12-30 pm not 1-00 pm 3 - No bowler can bowl more than 12 overs
