Both Blackpool and Kendal Progress
Both Blackpool and Kendal meet each other this Sunday in the next round of The National Knock out after both sides won their respective games.
Kendal defeated Garstang by 3 wickets at Shap Road , Garstang all out for 143 in 41.2 over's, Stu Parkin the pick of the bowlers returning 3-46.
In reply Kendal were made to work hard in the chase, with Jim Procter taking 3-27 for the visitors.
However the 40 off 104 by Gary Baker and the unbeaten 16 by Shane Hyland saw Kendal home as they reached 144-7 off 41 overs
In the other tie Blackpool defeated Fulwood and Broughton by 12 runs in a close encounter.
Andy Furniss 53 off 91 and Steven Twist 43 off 33, as Blackpool were bowled out for 130 in 39.2 overs. Fulwood and Broughtons Chris Brookes (3-23) and Matthew Smith (3-32), returning the best figures for the hosts.
In reply Fulwood were bowled out for 118 in 42.1 overs, Richard Gleeson 3-23 and Sam Owen 3-19. Fulwood Captain Mark Smith the main runmaker with 32 off 65 balls
