Northern Premier Cricket League Preview for 11th and 12th May
The Northern League will be hoping that the rain stays away as we enter into another weekend of Northern League action.
If any games are played, the game of the day will be at Parkside Road as third placed Netherfield entertain second placed Leyland.
Both sides are chasing Barrow at the top, in the other matches, league leaders Barrow entertain Chorley. Barrow using Ben Dunk from Royton as Sub Professional for this weekends match.
At Vernon Road St Annes entertain Kendal, with both sides looking to climb up the league ladder.
Defending Champions Fleetwood will be looking to kick start their season with a tricky home clash with Darwen, Preston host Morecambe, whilst Blackpool entertain Lancaster at Stanley Park.
On Sunday Darwen are home to The Lancashire Colts, whilst their are also various National Knock Out Cup ties taking place with Kendal hosting Morecambe, and St Annes away to Ormskirk
