It's a double header of league action this weekend, with all Northern league teams entering into the second half of the season on Sunday
DIVISION ONE:
Nothing separates the top teams in Division One, as Leyland, Blackpool, Darwen and Fleetwood continue to battle it out for the top prize.
On Saturday League leaders Leyland host inform Netherfield. Leyland had to settle for a losing draw at St Annes last weekend, whilst Netherfield are in form, having won at Darwen last weekend.
The League leaders then travel to play Barrow on Sunday in what is the battle of last seasons top 2.
Daryl Wearing's Barrow in with a shout for the top prize, travel to Tommy Clough's Morecambe on Saturday.
Paul Danson's Blackpool will be looking to continue their good run of form when they travel to Darwen on Saturday in what is a crucial game at the top before hosting the Lancashire Colts on Sunday.
Darwen will be looking to bounce back from the Leyland and Netherfield defeats as they also host Lancaster on Sunday following on from the Blackpool game.
In the other double headers, St Annes make two trips in two days to the Lake District as they play Kendal on Saturday before playing Netherfield on Sunday.
Kendal following on from the St Annes game entertain Penrith on Sunday.
Fleetwood host Preston on Saturday before hosting Morecambe on Sunday, Chorley have no game on Saturday and their game against Preston on Sunday is postponed
DIVISION TWO:
Netherfield and Leyland go head to head on Saturday in a crucial battle at the top of Division Two before Netherfield travel to play St Annes on Sunday.
In the other games, Preston host Fleetwood on Saturday and their game against Chorley on Sunday is postponed, Lancaster host Penrith on Saturday before Darwen travel to Lune Road on Sunday.
Kendal travel to St Annes and Penrith, Darwen are away to Blackpool on Saturday. Fleetwood have two away games with their second away at Morecambe.
